• How do I know my head size?
The majority of my styles are made with adjustable sizing, with the range noted in the product description.  To be sure that you fall within that range and that your chosen hat will fit you comfortably, it is best to measure your head.

Use a soft tape measure to measure your head circumference as shown in the first photo.  This is the most important measurement, and the one noted in the product descriptions.  

If your head circumference falls out of the standard range for your chosen style - either smaller or larger - then you may custom order your hat by choosing the "custom size" option and then including your head circumference, and the other three measurements illustrated below, in the "special instructions" section upon checkout.

  • I see a style I like, but would prefer it in a different color and/or fabric than what is currently in your shop.  Do you create custom pieces?

  • Shipping

All items ship within 7 days of payment. If you need your order faster, please send me a message and I will make every effort to accommodate your request. US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail; international orders ship via USPS International Priority; insurance and tracking are always included. If you prefer a different carrier/method for shipment, please do not hesitate to let me know. Each hat ships in its own hatbox, which makes the package slightly larger, hence the slightly higher shipping charges. However, besides being lovely, this packaging ensures that your hat will arrive safely and in pristine condition.

**please note: custom and duty fees imposed on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders being shipped within the State of New Mexico are subject to sales tax.
